Sandy is looking for an enthusiastic, solutions-focused Digital Project Manager who’s ready to lead creative teams within a future-focused consumer electronics brand. In this role, you’ll shepherd the digital creative team to develop world-class branding and customer engagement experiences. If you possess an “anything is possible” spirit, creative problem-solving skills, and strong PM / producer fundamentals, this role is for you!


What you’ll do

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting the overall workflow across the digital ad/promo creative team – think of it as one part Producer, one part Orchestra Conductor, and one part Creative Strategist!

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage projects through the creative development process, from kickoff to concepting to production and final delivery (on time and within budget!)
  • Determine which technical assets, creative resources, and budgets are required in order to fulfill project requests
  • Lead cross-functional communication around status, timelines & key milestones, creative requirements, and content gaps
  • Contribute strategic thinking and recommendations (bonus points for bringing a data-driven approach to this effort!)
  • Ensure that teams know and understand the project vision, manage expectations and team relationships
  • Manage resources and logistics, and partner with internal and external teams to provide solutions to meet marketing and business objectives
  • Engage in contingency planning, recommend solutions, and proactively engage in problem-solving
  • Support the lead manager on needs and mitigate risk on projects
  • Contribute to refining processes and workflow
  • Uphold creative standards and best practices – eagle eyes are needed!
  • Be a great coworker – amplify the success of your team within the company, and advocate on their behalf when needed.


  • 5+ years of project management experience at a relevant brand or advertising agency
  • Experience using resource/project management tools in a work environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advertising projects and processes (i.e. broadcast, OOH, OTT, digital, social & print)
  • Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large scale projects with various stakeholders
  • Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations, and conclusions
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving skills
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required
  • Able to work normal business hours on Pacific Time
