About the job

  • Superside is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our amazing remote-first team.
  • You will own a key function on a marketing team that has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$30M ARR, and be part of our ongoing growth journey to $100M ARR and beyond.
  • As an integral member of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for helping Superside grow even faster by 1) analyzing our customers, our market and our competitors to spot opportunities for expansion and growth 2) by enabling our entire org with a deep understanding of our target markets, buyer personas, key messages and value propositions.
  • Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you are results-driven and collaborative and the success in your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase deal size, shorten the deal cycle, enable product adoption and usage and create customer advocates.
  • You will work closely with our Brand and Content Marketing teams as well as our close partners in Sales and Customer Success. You’ll also guide our Brand team and Content team with their decision-making on where to invest and how to best position Superside in their efforts.


There are many facets to this leadership role. It needs someone with both breadth and depth. The main outcomes you would drive includes:

  • GTM processes: review, optimize, and maintain our go-to-market process so that we drive the most demand for Superside.
  • Research & Insights: your team will conduct market research and collaborate with the product team on customer research and present back your findings, insights and recommendations routinely to stakeholders.
  • Positioning and messaging: you will work closely with the exec team and the brand team to clarify our positioning and ensure that we are uniquely positioned in the market with a consistent message.
  • Guide acquisition and expansion teams: work closely with adjacent teams such as demand gen and content marketing to strategize campaigns, themes and messages that resonate with our target audience
  • Launches: work closely with our Operations, Creative and Product teams to plan launches of new features and capabilities and ensure that our launches are highly engaging and interactive for maximum impact.
  • Organizational enablement: drive enablement and training efforts so that prospect and customer facing teams are well equipped to win and effectively sell and further entrench themselves into customers.
  • Pricing and solutioning: Maxime Superside’s growth by guidancing our pricing strategy and helping with discovering and documenting new use-cases that could be turn into solutions and new product offerings.


  • 7+ years of experience in various Product Marketing roles and related fields.
  • You have 2+ years of experience leading a product marketing team with direct reports.
  • You’ve worked in marketing at a SaaS/tech company, and are more than familiar with the goals of demand gen and product marketing in this context.
  • You have a proven track record of bringing products to market and driving adoption.
  • You have an ability to connect abstract concepts with customer value and express it succinctly.
  • You can create structure and process in a rapidly growing organization.
  • You are good with a high degree of flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • You are self-motivated and will constantly seek out ways to help the company with reach and efficiency.
  • You are a strong communicator and team leader.
