About the job

In this newly created role, you will join a team of 4 who are responsible for generating product marketing material for the customer success and sales teams, for both existing and new accounts. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams, account managers and product marketing analysts to help improve customer retention, extension and relationships. You’ll create content, run various projects and have autonomy and the ability to quickly make an impact and see your results.

Responsibilities

  • Generate product marketing material and help improve customer relationships
  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to have a better customer retention
  • Manage existing accounts and new account generation
  • Manage the customer journey
  • Create daily content for the customers within the marketing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, Marketing or related areas
  • Solid experience with marketing and customer support
  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related areas
  • Fluent English, both writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the SaaS industries or related fields is a plus
  • Experience in CRM or HubSpot is a plus
