NPact, a leading provider of grantmaking tools for community foundations across the US and Canada, is looking for a Market Development Representative for our Foundation Cloud product suite.

Specific details about the role are outlined below:

Responsibilities

  1. Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by $1 million
  2. Generate a minimum of 5 new meetings per week across targeted Community Foundation prospect accounts
  3. Implement an Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaign that helps generate the inquiries and leads that convert to qualified sales opportunities
  4. Contribute to Content Marketing – build thought leadership assets that can be leveraged on our website and through social outreach to grow awareness of our solutions
  5. Engage with Industry Associations & Content Partners – Establish productive working relationships with key stakeholders at the relevant trade associations (TAG, Peak Grantmaking, and FOAG) and content partners such as Chronicle of Philanthropy and Council on Foundations
  6. Drive attendance at both in-person events and webinars
  7. Collaborate with sales to deliver results on a monthly and quarterly basis on effectiveness & performance tracking of ABM and other marketing campaign programs.
  8. Develop and maintain knowledge of the Community Foundation industry and competitor software products

  3. Relationship Building – Capable of proactive outreach to clients and teammates to build and strengthen relationships
  4. Product knowledge – Capable of building a strong knowledge of all aspects of NPact and accompanying Blackbaud solution offerings
  5. Sales Orientation – Ability to drive marketing and partnership recruiting efforts with a sales approach and a focus on revenue generation
  6. Salesforce Proficiency – Ability to manage integrated email and website marketing campaigns and, building reports and dashboards to measure performance and conversion rates
