Neogen is in need of a seasoned email marketing expert. This role will be responsible for lead generation programs, email automation platform administration and continuous improvements. This position can work remote and be domiciled any where.
As Email Marketing Manager you will work across all teams – Digital & eCommerce Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative/Brand, Sales and Product Management – to deliver a cohesive strategy, consistent campaigns/themes, define compelling and hyper-targeted content requirements. You will be both lead strategist an, results-driven execution focused, coordinating and performing all the sends, analyzing post-send data and metrics and communicating results to the appropriate stakeholders.
Ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, building programs and reports in Act-on email marketing automation platform and multiple CRM platforms, and analyzing results. You have mastery over all aspects of email marketing: Crafting winning subject lines and compelling content, precision list-building to ensure high email relevance and engagement, and expert analysis of deliverability metrics to help us get better and smarter. You will see opportunities to improve our email automation platform and work with MarTech and IT on continuously improvements.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, New Media Journalism, or Communications-related field of study. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional and demand generation B2B marketing.
3+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience leading B2B lead engagement and email campaign strategy and execution; including lead nurturing, and marketing automation. Experience in marketing automation platform and CRM platform required. Experienced in communicating, marketing and selling of technical and/or biotech products in multiple regulated industries would be helpful.
