We’re looking for Regional Marketing Managers to join our Global Marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for everything related to Marketing in your regional market for Merlin. You will have a deep understanding of regional priorities and challenges, along with expertise in localized marketing. You will report to the Global Marketing Lead and work closely with them to identify the local challenges and opportunities to shape the best localized Marketing response.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute key marketing tactics for your region
  • You will be owning specific regional marketing projects, leading end-to-end strategy, coordinating the execution and working closely with the analytics team to provide measurement and reporting.
  • Lead all aspects of the localization / translation process of website, documentation, ads, creative, emails etc. of local marketing, and act as a quality control for global programs that are localized
  • Ensure marketing campaigns deliver against monthly / annual targets in terms of users and growth

Requirements

  • Experience with blockchain or crypto companies. Ideally, loves and uses DeFi daily.
  • Fluency in your native regional language
  • 3+ years in a brand marketing, content marketing, product marketing, transferable marketing, and/or product management role
  • Strategic problem solver with validated results building and executing on marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in strategy development, campaign execution, and optimization, Google analytics.
  • Excellent verbal + written communication skills; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action
  • 3+ years in a brand marketing, content marketing, product marketing, transferable marketing, and/or product management role
  • Experience working with agencies and partner networks to execute campaigns across various channels
  • Ability to navigate (and thrive in) fast-paced, dynamic environments
