About the job

Seeq is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist who is passionate about technology marketing and works to optimize marketing outcomes and grow the business. The specialist will be responsible for demand generation programs in partnership with marketing, sales, and services to drive optimized GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns and results as measured by ROI, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction. Program execution examples include webinars, digital advertising, ABM, nurture campaigns, and other tactics.

Key skills include the ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns; track data; analyze outcomes and improve outcomes over time.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Collaboration skills to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across teams
    • Management of leads from programs, including lead routing, syncing, assigning, appending, reporting, and database management
    • Maintain and manage marketing automation system and integrations
    • Schedule and run meetings to review marketing calendar, projects, and campaign coordination with stakeholders
    • Manage internal process documentation library and create new documentation as needed
    • Track and analyze key metrics and build reports
    • Develop and maintain online directory listings for Seeq Corporation
    • Assist in the development of content by internal and external sources including collateral, blogs, use cases, and graphics
    • Support marketing leadership in marketing planning and forecasting

    Other Responsibilities

    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
    • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Requirements

Seeq prefers to emphasize talent, capacity to contribute, and passion, but the ideal candidate is likely to have many of the following characteristics:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the marketing field is required
  • Fluency in key marketing software applications including GoToWebinar, Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel (including basic formulas), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and to exceed expectations
  • Flexible, self-driven, and can-do problem solver
  • Experience in leading projects and managing events under time constraints
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Experience working with virtual teams and/or management is a plus
  • Familiarity with internal collaboration tools include Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and SurveyMonkey are a plus
  • Have availability for some travel
