About the job
- Lead in the creation of brand messaging blueprints for each client, ensuring we have a clearly defined guide for their advertising. This includes brand positioning, voice & tone, and product benefits.
- Build strategic frameworks for each client, including customer avatars.
- Craft and maintain a library of ad copy for each client.
- Analyze ad performance and optimize the ad library based on performance data.
- Build creative briefs for video and graphics to support ad copy.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Media Buyers, and Designers to develop the most effective messaging for our clients.
- Always be learning from the biggest and best in the advertising copy industry
- Strong familiarity with messaging strategy. Our goal is not simply to spin out ad copy. We craft ad copy that is on-brand, on-message, and designed to spark action.
- Significant experience in D2C advertising copy
- Significant sales being driven from past copy
- Understanding of hemp and CBD products.
- Ability to work on Eastern Time Zone
