About the job

GetMyBoat is looking for a highly analytical Growth Marketer who is not afraid to test, iterate, and test again in order to drive down our cost per acquisition while setting us up for scale. A requirement for the position is having hands-on experience driving greater than 10x ROAS. You must be highly proficient in Google Ads and Excel in order to slice-and-dice data to tell a story.

In addition, you must have prior experience in growing GLOBAL customer-facing apps that have hundreds of thousands of pages and drive millions of visitors annually. You will lead and execute on both paid and organic growth efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid marketing campaigns & channels
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company
  • Run rigorous A/B tests across marketing channels, creative, the app, and website to drive efficient growth
  • Generate and test new marketing creatives across user segments for display and retargeting campaigns
  • Develop strategies to improve app retention and drive user referrals
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Develop marketing plans to promote new features and product launches
  • Coordinate efforts with our Social Media Manager to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social networks
  • Management of App Store optimizations across Apple and Google Play
  • Manage marketing budgets and report regularly on the performance of campaigns

Requirements

  • BA/BS and/or equivalent work experience
  • Own & develop marketing KPIs to measure digital marketing effectiveness
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and more)
  • Experience with consumer-facing marketplaces
  • Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable with a desire to use the best tools and processes
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Experience optimizing high-performance campaigns
  • Management of App Store Optimizations across Apple and Google Play
