• We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for researching, qualifying, and identifying leads. This role will focus on inbound and outbound calls and emails, marketing, and video presentations and tracking those leads to sales.
  • You will take full responsibility for the are numerous inbound leads, request for materials, and marketing data. You will follow up, schedule, and perform video product demos, and track conversion of those leads to customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong Inside Sales, Customer Service, and some marketing experience. You must be comfortable on the phone to perform phone and video (Zoom) sales. You must be able to quickly learn the product, it’s all hands-on deck in this small growing company to identify gaps in marketing materials and create or direct development of material for presentations and email distribution.

  • Must have Inside Sales Experience
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with experience with IVD. In vitro diagnostics products such as Flu, IVD, Antigen, Covid), medical device, or similar are strongly preferred to quickly articulate the advantages, selling points, talking points, and market comparisons on product differences.
  • Additional experience, that will be highly considered is prior experience in Inside Sales and Account Management of medical institutions, Physicians staff and offices, Hotels, Labs, or similar.
  • IVD experience is strong preferred but not required.
  • Experience in product demonstrations by video is a plus
  • You must have excellent time management and calendaring
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO optimization is preferred.


  • Prior experience with tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, or similar could be beneficial in leading future marketing strategies but is not required.
