Our client is a Fintech startup company looking for a remote Paid Media Manager to join their team. The remote Paid Media Manager will be the first of its kind for our client and will report directly to the CMO. You will build out and have ownership over campaign creation, management, and optimization for paid social content.

While this position is remote, candidate must be comfortable working standard business hours in the Central Time Zone. This is a temp-to-hire position following a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Maintain a campaign QA process to ensure accurate performance tracking and attribution within the channel
  • Monitor budget pacing across campaigns and manage budget reallocations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set up, monitor and report out on A/B tests and experiments within the channel
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed short-term and long-term goals
  • Plan and execute creative testing and work with the team to compile wrap-up reporting
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the team and other relevant strategic partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Requirements

  • 3-5 years scaling and managing high performance paid campaigns
  • Background in app user acquisition, with experience in Fintech or startups a huge plus
  • Deep knowledge of & mastery of digital platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube, ASA & ASO)
  • Quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
