About the job

We’re looking for a pay-per-click marketing expert who will take our data-drivencreative digital marketing efforts to the next level – optimizing every aspect of our digital advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads for our clients.


  • Build, track, optimize, and report on all paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, LinkedIn, Programmatic, directories, and more
  • Increase quality top-of-funnel leads by ideating and launching new campaigns, and fine-tuning existing efforts
  • Support on content & campaign planning and execution across all channels to ensure every effort is working in tandem (e.g. website/blog, email, video, omnichannel automated journeys, etc.)
  • Obsess over tracking data, keyword research, testing campaigns, channel-by-channel and ad-by-ad performance, and sharing & applying key learnings
  • Build custom dashboards and analyses for clients
  • Build and run A/B tests for ads, custom landing pages, gated content, across client websites, etc.-and use the insights to make performance improvements
  • Create an arsenal of scalable, repeatable marketing actions that drive in-bound leads
  • Be proficient (& efficient) in setting up conversion tracking (e.g. Google Ads/Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and translating results into key findings/recommendations
  • Communicate campaign results & milestones bi-weekly
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to ensure acquisition goals are met/exceeded
  • 2-3 years of performance marketing/demand gen experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Web Analytics, A/B Testing, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Some experience using: Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Manage multiple client Asana boards using a modified agile PM methodology and keep team on track and on budget with your projects


  • Attend and contribute to client calls
  • Produce materials for client calls
  • Execute follow-up tasks for client calls
  • Inform the team on the health of the client relationship, and intelligence you gain on the client’s needs
  • Attend video-calls with team
  • Attend in-person meetings as needed
  • Support internal advertising and reporting efforts
  • Report directly to the VP of Operations
